NAKED + AFRAID

These barely-there heels are like a slingshot for your feet. Zero support and zero coverage (sorry New Yorkers), but priorities are priorities! Céline *with the accent aigu* made a pair like this last year (see red pair top left) that sold out within days. Not to worry though -- The Row has blessed us with a pair in a few colors! And if you're looking for an easy black pair -- ZARA is at it again with their version of our favorite nudist that won't break the bank. Think of this purchase as an ode to Phoebe Philo.

MAKING UP FOR BEING NAKED

Talk about the opposite of bare -- with these classic oxfords you'll be all covered up looking like you've borrowed your boyfriend's shoes. For a quintessential brown pair, head to Grenson. For a brilliant investment piece that will make you look like Annie Hall for years to come, get to Church's. For you smart spenders, don't go to England, but to New England with G.H. Bass. Perhaps we should have called this section "English shoes we love" because also -- Doc Martens?? If you want to stick to the USA, Madewell is sweet. For some height, see Creatures of Comfort or honestly, for the same price, go Chanel! If you like to stay on trend, hurry and get your Gucci on girl!!
